Warranty: Architectural Mailboxes warrants that all goods manufactured by the company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified in alternate warranties. This warranty guarantees factory replacement or repair, at our discretion, of defective goods. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse. In addition, this warranty does not cover returns from Consumer to Dealer due to Consumer’s change of heart regarding the product purchase for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.A.
Return Goods Authorization: No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGAs are granted for warranty claims only. In the event returning goods is necessary, the Consumer must obtain an RGA with Customer Service (800-270-4125) or email Service@MailSafes.com.
