Design Deposit

An initial design deposit of forty dollars ($40) is required to begin the design process of your custom column mailbox system. We expect to spend a considerable amount of time and effort in creating your mail box design that will add value and security to your home. In return, we ask that you provide us with this deposit to compensate for our design expense. Your design deposit is applied towards your purchase price when you approve your custom mailbox design. In consideration for our design time, it is non-refundable in the event you do not purchase your mailbox.

Written Quote

After the design process is complete and you are happy with your custom design, we will provide a written quotation with specifications and the cost to manufacture your unique mailbox. The quotation is valid for sixty (60) days.

Manufacturing Deposit

Each custom MailSafes.com design is a hand crafted, one of a kind structure designed and manufactured exclusively for you, our customer. Therefore, once your written quote has been approved a manufacturing deposit is required. A manufacturing deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price is required in order to begin fabrication of your custom mailbox. The balance is due upon complete installation.
